Bishop Jaime Soto will celebrate a Vigil Mass for our parish feast day, the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, on Friday, August 14th at 5:00 p.m. The parish feast day dinner will take place immediately following the Friday Vigil Mass. This year, the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on is not a holy day of obligation because it falls on a Saturday. The 5:00pm Mass on Saturday, August 15th will be the Vigil Mass for the Twentieth Sunday in Ordinary Time.
Doors open for our parish feast day dinner immediately following the Friday 5 p.m. Vigil Mass, and dinner will be served at approximately 6:30 p.m. The menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, macaroni salad (gluten free option available), and ice cream for dessert. Veggie burgers will also be available. Please rsvp for the vegetarian or gluten free option if needed. All are welcome! The dinner is free of cost, but donations are appreciated.

If turns out you can't attend, please cancel your RSVP as soon as possible.
RSVP flyers are also available in the church and parish office. You may fill out the bottom of the flyer and hand it in to the parish office or place it in the RSVP slots in the church display cases next to the church doors by Monday, August 10th.
The dinner is free of charge. If you would like to make a donation to help defray the cost of the dinner, you may make an optional donation online. You may also make a donation at the dinner or at the parish office.
