Dear OLA Parishioners,

According to church law and sound organizational management, we are obligated to periodically develop a Pastoral Plan for comment and review by our parishioners. This draft of our 2018 - 2021 Pastoral Plan is presented to you by the Strategic Planning Committee of the Pastoral Council. Our intent is to provide you with a concise, ambitious, yet realistic Plan. As you will see, in the past year or so while working on the Plan, some of our goals and objectives have been completed, others have just started, and still others need to be started. As you review the Plan, we hope you will do two things: First, read it critically and give us any suggestions you think appropriate. Feel free to do so in writing, by phone, or at our next Community Forum to be held on Sunday, June 3 from 3:00 - 4:00 pm in the church. Please make sure to provide comment by Friday, June 15. Second, if we are to become a more vibrant parish, and you have yet to do so, we hope you will volunteer to serve on any of our many standing committees or ministries and/or on any of the committees that will be formed in direct support of the Pastoral Plan. A more vibrant parish will only become a reality if we humbly and prayerfully participate. We look forward to your comments and insights related to the Pastoral Plan.

Yours in Christ, on behalf of the Pastoral Council and Strategic Planning Committee,
