Liturgy of the Word for Children

Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) gathers children (preschool - elementary) for an age-appropriate experience of the Gospel.

CLOW is offered during the Sunday 9:00 am Mass on most weekends throughout the year.  It’s easy to participate!  After the opening prayer, the presiding priest will invite the children forward where they are then dismissed and led by a team of parent volunteers to St. John’s Hall.  In St. John’s Hall they gather as a community and listen to and reflect on the Gospel.  CLOW helps children navigate the liturgy of the Word in an engaging way and contributes to a foundation of support encouraging the practice of listening and responding to God’s word in liturgy and life as they grow in age, grace, and wisdom.  Parents are always welcome to accompany their child.
