Our parish uses Flocknote multipurpose software for our parishioner database, for email messaging, and for online giving. Flocknote also offers a smartphone app that allows you to easily check parish communications, view educational videos through Flocknote Engage, and access Flocknote Online Giving to make a gift, view your giving history and donor summaries, or update recurring gifts.
To sign up for OLA Parish Carmichael Flocknote, or to log in, visit https://app.flocknote.com/olaparish/. Under the "Get Involved" section, you will see the options to sign up and to log in. Please enter your full name along with both your email address and phone number when you sign up. Be sure to join the OLA Parish Carmichael News and the OLA Parish Carmichael Faith and Catechesis email groups to receive important updates from OLA, including the weekly bulletin.
Flocknote Online Giving is a simple and secure way to donate online. Visit our online giving portal at https://olaparish.flocknote.com/give to sign up for online giving.
If you currently donate to OLA Parish via online giving, giving envelopes, or check, you already have an OLA Parish Carmichael Flocknote account. You should see a prompt to enter your email or phone number to view your giving data. Please enter your email address, and you will be sent a secure login code. (Your email address may be automatically filled in for you.) Once you are logged in, you should be able to easily view your giving history. If you do not see any of your giving history, your OLA Parish Flocknote account may exist under a different email address or phone number. Please reach out to the parish office or email flocknotesupport@olaparish.net, and we can help you access your account and sign you up for our email communication groups.
Once you are successfuly logged in to the online giving portal, click the "Make a Gift" button to see all of your giving options. The first option in the drop down menu is "Sunday Collection." Select this option to schedule a recurring gift to the Sunday Collection.

- Check the "Make Recurring" box. You will have the option to select Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
- You will see the prompt "Starting now and going until I cancel." The words now and until I cancel have a calendar next to them. Click on the calendars to select your starting date and ending date (if you wish to select an ending date).
Collections for holy days, second collections, and more are listed alphabetically underneath the featured collections on our OLA Parish Flocknote Online Giving page. Once your Flocknote Online Giving account is set up, it is easy to contribute to holy day and second collections as they occur. These collections will be prominently featured on the Flocknote Online Giving Portal, and the links to these collections will be shared in our weekly Mass information emails.
If you wish to schedule your annual gifts for holy days, second collections, and other special funds, please scroll down the alphabetical list to access all of these collections. Detailed information is available in the description for each collection, including what time of year the collection takes place. The specific dates of the second collections change each year, but the month generally stays the same. The collection dates have been scheduled by the diocese through 2026, and those dates are listed in the description for each collection.
