Fellow Parishioners,
I am pleased to announce that the 2023-25 OLA Pastoral Plan: Implementing Stewardship is now available. The Strategic Planning Committee composed of parishioners and staff has worked hard over many months and many challenges to complete the Plan. We thank Father Eduino and the Pastoral Council for their support and encouragement to persist in this endeavor. We also thank the parishioners who submitted their thoughts and recommendations. We reviewed them carefully. Finally, we thank our fellow parishioners for their patience.
Done properly, strategic planning is an iterative and never-ending process. Upon review of the new Plan, feel free to submit to me any recommendations or questions you may have. We will be sure to consider them as we start the new cycle in the coming months.
If you do not have a copy of the Plan yet, it is available electronically on the OLA website and via Flocknote. Hard copies are available in the church and in the parish office.
